About Teryn

My therapeutic style is grounded in the understanding that life is constantly changing, and even when we know change is inevitable, we cannot always prepare ourselves for the challenges that come with it. We all experience times when we recognize that we cannot do everything on our own. Sometimes we may lack the skills needed to navigate difficult situations, while other times we may simply need support from someone who will listen, validate, and encourage us.

Whatever life transitions, challenges, or changes you have experienced, healing and growth are possible, but they take time and effort. My role is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop practical skills to navigate personal and relational challenges. I take a solution-focused approach, helping you identify what is within your control, build on what is already working, and develop realistic steps toward the changes you want to make. Together, we will work toward creating meaningful changes that help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped to handle what life brings.
