Individual therapy provides space for an individual to express, explore, and share experiences and feelings. In individual therapy, one will develop tools and coping skills to improve quality of life and inspire change.
Couples therapy can be beneficial to those who require help resolving conflicts and improving their relationship. Couples therapy provides a safe space for couples to achieve a deeper understanding of each other through healthy communication.
Family therapy can help family members improve communication, resolve conflict, and cope with stressors. Family therapy cannot always make a problem “go away,” but it can provide family members with new skills and tools to get through difficult situations in healthier ways.
TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT
Targeted Case Management helps individuals access medical, social, educational, vocational, and housing resources to ensure basic needs are met.
WORKSHOPS & TRAININGS
I curate and lead workshops specifically for your group or agency. Most workshops will consist of psychoeducation, a concept or practice/skill that I will teach, an opportunity for participants to practice, and a group discussion.

Prior to your intake session, you will need to complete consent forms, intake forms, and payment all to be completed online.
Following your intake session, we will discuss how frequent you will like to meet for therapy sessions and schedule your first individual session!
